According to a recent study by Rosstat, 35,4% of Russian families do not have the financial ability to purchase for each family member two pairs of shoes appropriate for the season (one for each season). Among large families, such 40%, writes RBC.
Rosstat conducted a study of the financial situation of households from 15 to 29 last September in all regions of Russia. The study involved 60 thousand households, the study was conducted on the basis of a personal survey. The results were presented on April 1 2019 of the year.
From the data of Rosstat it follows that the minimum income required for a Russian family to make ends meet is 58,5 thousand rubles.
At the same time, cash income (on average per capita) in 2018 year, according to preliminary estimates by Rosstat, amounted to 32,6 thousand rubles. About 79,5% of families, one way or another, have difficulty acquiring the necessary minimum of goods, including shoes. About a third of Russian families have difficulty acquiring two pairs of shoes (one for each season) for each family member per year.
