Retailer No One has announced a reboot.

Multi-brand retailer No One, whose portfolio includes over 90 premium European brands, is adopting a new visual identity developed in collaboration with an Italian design firm. According to the retailer's press release, the update of No One boutiques is a response to customer demand for a high level of service and an emotional experience that cannot be achieved in a digital environment.

The updated interiors of the No One boutiques are designed in a soft-futurist aesthetic: strict steel structures are softened by the tactile textures of accent rugs and upholstered furniture made of burlap. The space features an open and ergonomic layout, complemented by dedicated try-on areas.

Particular attention has been paid to the lighting design: LED lighting on the shelves allows you to view items without distorting shades, and soft, diffused light in the fitting rooms provides a complimentary reflection in the mirror.

A key step in the business model's development was the expansion of its product range and the transition to a total look format: now, customers can create a complete look from shoes, accessories, and clothing from European brands in a single space.

The largest renovation project was the flagship boutique in Aviapark, measuring 540 square meters. Renovated No One stores are already open in Moscow's GUM, Metropolis, and Oceania department stores. A new store recently opened in the Atrium shopping center. The renovation increased the total retail space of the No One chain by more than 15%.

NO ONE Founded in 1993, the company is a key player in Russian fashion retail. Its portfolio includes over 90 European brands, including Principe di Bologna, Le Silla, Casadei, Renzo Mercuri, Premiata, Baldinini, Gianni Chiarini, Sergio Rossi, Fabi, Pantanetti, Vic Matie, Anna Rachele, AGL, and others. Its network includes over 50 premium boutiques in various Russian cities and an online store.
