Over the year, the decline in supply over the total area amounted to 34% in the center, and outside it for the year it remained almost unchanged.
In total, in the second quarter of 2013, 736 objects with a total area of 345 thousand square meters were offered, of which 106 are in the center and 630 are outside. The volume of supply for the total area for the quarter decreased by 19% in the center, and increased by 13% - outside it.
The average rental rate for retail outlets inside the Garden Ring increased by 11% and amounted to 2127 dollars per 1 sq. M per year.
