Head for growth

Unichel shoe factory organized a special training “Basic managerial skills”, aimed at top managers of the company.

The training program was supported by theoretical foundations and practical tasks. As reported in "Unichel", the factory has long felt the need for such events. The company employs a lot of specialists who have gone from working specialties to management personnel. “Having colossal experience in production, they sometimes lack management skills and knowledge,” says Venera Demyanova, head of the personnel department of the Unicel factory.

Venera Demyanova also noted that the Unichel factory has always been among those enterprises that prefer not to buy out, but to raise personnel. This approach is especially appreciated in production, because a "grown" manager thoroughly knows all the subtleties of technological processes.
