Tervolina management commented on tax claims

As we wrote earlier, the Federal Tax Service (IFTS) N30 in Moscow filed a lawsuit to declare bankrupt retailer Tervolina LLC bankrupt. However, according to Tervolina shoe retail management, the Tervolina chain and Tervolina LLC are not the same thing.

“LLC Tervolina, to which tax claims were filed, is not related to the Tervolina retail chain. Since 2016, the Tervolina chain of stores has been managed by another company. According to the information that I possess, it was agreed with the plaintiff that the issue of debt repayment will be settled before the court, ”commented Dmitry Petrovsky, Tervolina shoe retail sales director.

According to him, the business of the Tervolina network is successfully developing, so according to the results of 2018, the retailer recorded an increase in retail turnover by more than 20%.

The official press release of the company says that at present all Tervolina stores - more than 100 offline stores and Tervolina.ru online store - are managed by Vertical Integration LLC.
