The managing company Volgograd TRK Europa City Mall LLC Plaza has filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration Court against Trade Center TsentrObuv JSC to collect a debt in the amount of 1897738 rubles 23 pennies. The trial in this case is scheduled for June 16.
The lease agreement for the premises of the mall “TRK Europe City Mall” was concluded between Plaza LLC and JSC Trade Center TsentrObuv 1 on September 2011 of the year. In the statement of claim, representatives of the Plaza company reported: for the period from January 2015 to February 2016, the defendant improperly performed the obligation to make rental payments, in connection with which a debt of 1,8 million rubles was generated. In addition, for the period from September 2015 to February 2016, “CenterObuv” also accounts for arrears for using the advertising structure in the amount of 18 thousand rubles.
As a reminder, on March 29, the Moscow Arbitration Court introduced a monitoring procedure against Tsentrobuv Trading House JSC - at the request of Sandorini LLC, a Moscow-based property management company, due to a debt of 4,09 million rubles.
