Delivery service PickPoint received claims from contractors for 322 million rubles

A number of large online retailers have filed lawsuits against PickPoint. Among them are Kupishuz (the legal entity of Lamoda), Esolutions (part of Otto Group Russia), Ile de Bote and Techport. The largest amount of the claim from Kupishuz is over 262 million rubles, Vedomosti writes.

PickPoint's debt to counterparties arose due to problems with financing the business by one of the company's foreign shareholders.

“We have made the necessary operational transformations to mitigate the effects of a sharp change in the partner portfolio in 2022. Now we are restructuring the business and hope to solve the problem by the end of the year,” the delivery service explained.

The Network of Automated Pickup Points, a legal entity of PickPoint, manages a network of 10,5 thousand parcel machines in Russia. 100% of the company's shares are registered in the Cyprus offshore.
