American casual footwear brand Opening Ceremony and Timberland have released a joint collection.
The collaboration resulted in a classic six-inch Timberland boot, but with a new lacing system. Conventional shoelaces were replaced with wide elastic ones, which made the shoes look more dynamic and modern.
The presentation of the updated boots focuses on the water-repellent properties of the leather from which the shoes are sewn. The collection is presented in brown, burgundy, black, and ripe wheat.
The Timberland logo remains on the side of the boot, while the Opening Ceremony logo is present on the tongue and removable leather label.
