Scandinavian Lassie opened its first monobrand in Moscow

On October 6, the grand opening of the first store of the Scandinavian clothing and footwear brand for children, Lassie, took place at the Central Children's Store on Lubyanka in Moscow.

Lassie is known for its clothing made from technical materials. The brand develops wind- and waterproof, breathable clothing in which children can comfortably and actively spend time outdoors.

The Lassie brand store in the Central Children's House on Lubyanka presents the brand's key collections and models of outerwear, shoes and accessories, as well as fleece items for the intermediate layer from the new autumn-winter collection and the premium line of best-selling Lassie Star models.

The retail interior reflects the laconicism of the Scandinavian style and recalls the special nature of Scandinavia. Moss, stumps and stones placed throughout the store are organically combined with digital screens with key visuals of the brand. A play area with an immersive construction exhibit made from quality wooden parts gives children the opportunity to have fun while parents are busy choosing clothes.

“The concept of our first branded store embodies all the key values of Lassie: this is the Scandinavian character, based on practicality and unity with nature, and innovative technologies that allow us to create high-quality clothes in which children can explore the world around them without obstacles. In the near future, we plan to continue to open Lassie branded stores to give parents and children the opportunity to experience the brand in person,” said Lassie CEO Eric Petit.

The LINII agency participated in the development of the retail concept for Lassie stores, which conducted extensive research into international benchmarks of children's and adult activewear, as well as research based on responses from the brand's target audience.

“We have created a space that is not only functional, but also emotionally distributed into the necessary zones, from attracting attention with the help of the facade to making a purchase. We are glad that the convenient store designer we developed will be used to adapt two more Lassie retail outlets in the very near future,” said Ekaterina Kolotilova, director of retail design at the LINII agency.
