They have the right to receive state support in the form of subsidizing interest rates on loans for the purchase of technological equipment, as well as the costs of research and development.

“The implementation of investment projects in the children's goods industry will allow the Russian production of products for children to be brought to a higher competitive level and will contribute to the achievement of the goals and objectives stipulated by the Strategy for the Development of the Children's Goods Industry for the Period until 2020,” the government's press service said.

The priority list also includes a project to expand the production of the St. Petersburg children's footwear factory "Skorokhod" worth 168 million rubles. Thanks, inter alia, to state support, by 2020 the company intends to double the volume of production of footwear made of genuine leather, created on the basis of research on the biomechanics of children's feet. According to the company itself, the development of special footwear is carried out in cooperation with the G.I. Turner.
