Sporting goods chains Sport Point and Sportmaster are going to replenish their assortment with clothing and footwear lines of their own brands, Kommersant writes.
Sports goods retail chain manager Sport Point, sportswear and footwear distributor Lestate, has filed several applications with Rospatent for the registration of the Rank trademark, under which a line of sportswear, footwear and accessories will be produced.
According to Roman Samsonov, Commercial Director of Lestate, Rank products will appear in the Sport Point network in early 2024, and will also be presented on marketplaces and available for purchase by wholesale buyers. The retail price for Rank sneakers is set at 10-12 thousand rubles per pair.
The Sportmaster chain, in turn, plans to add one more new brand to the already existing own brands of sportswear and footwear Demix and Nordway. This year, the retailer registered a number of domains, including athlex-sport.ru. Clothing and footwear under the Athlex brand is available on the Sportmaster website for pre-order for wholesale deliveries.
