The dispute between the tax authorities and Ralf Ringer continues.

Federal Tax Service Inspectorate No. 15 for Moscow filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration Court against Ralf Ringer Production LLC, a subsidiary of the footwear retailer Ralf Ringer, seeking 1,28 billion rubles, Kommersant reports. According to the company's CEO and owner, Andrey Berezhnoy, the claim stems from the same "controversial results" of on-site audits from 2014 to 2017. The total tax claims against the group exceed 3,2 billion rubles.

The company will continue to challenge the claims, as it considers them unfounded. The Federal Tax Service has not commented on the situation.

Exactly one year ago, we reported that Ralf Ringer CEO Andrey Berezhnoy was accused of failing to pay 588 million rubles in taxes between 2015 and 2017. The case was closed in the spring of 2025 due to lack of evidence of a crime. At the same time, Ralf Ringer JSC was declared bankrupt. But this did not stop the Russian manufacturer and retailer from continuing to grow its business.

According to the company's financial statements for 2024, the total revenue of Ralf Ringer structures amounted to 11 billion rubles, while the net profit of Ralf Ringer Production reached 176,8 million rubles, and the total loss of retail and manufacturing companies was 1,1 billion rubles.
