The oldest department store in Yekaterinburg will turn into a shopping center

The central department store of Yekaterinburg, built back in the Soviet era, will open in a new, modern format. SEC "Passage" will be the first high-quality retail real estate project in the Urals, designed for an audience of average plus level.

The total area of ​​the renovated building will be 64 thousand square meters. The object will have seven levels, two of which will be occupied by an underground parking lot for 450 cars. The anchor tenants of the Passage will be a gourmet-format Kupets supermarket (4 sq. M) and a multiplex cinema (3,9 sq. M.). In addition, a premium level shopping gallery will appear in the mall with international brands that have not previously been represented on the Ural region market. Also in the "Passage" will open restaurants of author's cuisine, cafes of leading international and federal catering operators. All this will make the renovated department store the main place for shopping and leisure in Yekaterinburg.

The "Passage", loved by all residents of the city, will be able to receive its first visitors in the 3rd quarter of 2014. Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed the exclusive consultant for the lease of the mall.
