The silhouette of the new STREETBEAT Jogo sneakers is inspired by retro boots and the football community. The brand's team rethinks the style of football fans of the 80s and 90s and presents the new product in a photo shoot with brutal guys from the Lumpen modeling agency.
The filming location was the home stadium of FC CSKA, one of the focal points of Moscow's football culture.
The upper of the new sneakers is made of a combination of natural grain leather, suede and voluminous textile mesh. On the sides there is a textured sports stitch, reminiscent of the upper of boots, which has become iconic in the world of football sneakers. Jogo is an everyday model with a grippy tread and a midsole made of EVA foam material, which makes the sneakers light and provides comfort. STREETBEAT Jogo is presented in three universal colors - white, black and gray.
STREETBEAT's roots go deep into street culture. And although we were not often in the football context, we always respected and admired it. Football, fans, ultras and the style of "Green Street Hooligans" became iconic for a whole generation of people, and they are still inspired by it today. Jogo is the result of rethinking this period. We took the best of the shoes of the 80s and 90s and transferred it to technological lasts and materials, giving all fans of retro style the opportunity to wear these shoes in a modern, high-quality design," comments Daria Zelinskaya, Head of Marketing at Street Beat.
The model is already available in Street Beat stores and online. Retail price is 9 rubles.
