SUBBOTA opened a new store in St. Petersburg

In April 2025, a new multi-brand store SUBBOTA, specializing in fashionable clothes, shoes, jewelry and accessories, opened in St. Petersburg. It is located at 10 Bolshaya Konyushennaya. NF GROUP acted as a consultant for the lease transaction.

SUBBOTA is a multi-brand store of Russian designers, exclusively representing more than 80 brands of clothing and accessories in St. Petersburg. Its collection organically combines current fashion trends, unique local brands and exclusive brands.

The store located at 210 Karavannaya Street has moved to a new 10 sq. m. space at 14 Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street. Thus, the central location of SUBBOTA is acquiring new contours on the most popular street in the fashion segment of St. Petersburg. Another store is located at 11 Syezhinskaya Street.

According to NF GROUP, 2024 was marked by high activity on the part of tenants in the street retail market of St. Petersburg: 406 new stores, catering establishments and service facilities opened during the year. In the fashion segment, 77 new clothing, footwear and accessories stores were opened, while 70 ceased operations. At the end of the year, the range of rental rates for premises on Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street was 5-9 thousand rubles per sq. m per month.
