The bankruptcy case of Wildberris, the operator of the largest turnover of the Russian online fashion store Wildberries, will be considered in the Arbitration Court on the basis of a statement by the Prime clothing and footwear distributor. The court will consider the validity of the application on 12 of September 2017 of the year, writes RBC.
In April, Prime already filed a lawsuit against Wildberries in the amount of 136 million rubles, but this statement was ignored by the court. Since the beginning of the 2017 year, Wildberries received 13 claims from counterparties.
Wildberries online store, according to the Data Insight rating, ranks first in terms of sales according to the results of the 2016 year. The company's sales in 2016 year increased by 43% and amounted to 45,6 billion rubles.
