Tamaris expands its product range

The German shoe brand Tamaris set out to expand its product range through the release of related products produced by licensed partners. The brand agreed to cooperate with companies producing scarves, tights, belts, watches, jewelry, bags, umbrellas and glasses.

An expanded product range should appear in the Tamaris Spring-Summer 2019 collection.

Licensed partners of the brand will design and manufacture their products based on brand requirements.

All issues on licensed products will be clarified with the leadership of Tamaris at the head office of the brand - in Detmold. The main task of partners is to deeply understand the essence of the brand and translate it into feminine, high-quality and marketable models.

The head of Wortmann shoe holding Jens Bining is sure that the potential of a successful brand of women's shoes has not yet been exhausted. “We want to use the attractiveness of the brand in order to broadcast it to other products from our“ lifestyle ”sector. Our goal is to continue to expand the licensing portfolio until the 2020 year. The results of recent months allow us to talk about a decisive event in the life of the company. At the same time, it is important for us that licensed products not only create a complete picture at the level of a single store, but also enjoy independent demand in the market, ”he says.

Tamaris' licensed partners include: accessories manufacturer Pedag, manufacturer of tights Wiox, belts - BeltArt, scarves - Wegener, umbrellas - Doppler, travel bags - United Brands, watches and jewelry - Trioline, glasses - Trends & More Eyewear and bags - Tamaris Accessoires.
