The Row is preparing to open its first boutique in Paris

New York luxury brand The Row is set to open its first boutique in Paris, in the heart of the French capital's fashion scene, just steps from the boutique-filled rue Saint-Honoré.

The Row currently has just four stores worldwide – three in the US (New York, Los Angeles and the Hamptons) and one in London – an online store and sales through dozens of carefully selected resellers.

The brand has its headquarters in Paris, but has so far only tested temporary pop-up stores.

The Row founded in 2006 by sisters Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, produces collections of clothing, shoes and accessories for men and women. The brand's style can be called restrained, laconic, the design uses subtle details and accents that fit into the trend of so-called quiet luxury. The brand has devoted fans among celebrities, including Canadian actress Taylor Russell and American supermodel Kendall Jenner.
