Timberland launches recyclable boots

American footwear brand Timberland's Timberloop Utility boots are the highlight of its new Fall/Winter 2022 Earthkeepers by RÆBURN collection.

The new Timberloop Utility outdoor boots are crafted from durable, high-quality leather and feature a durable rubber outsole sourced from trees grown in responsibly managed forests. They also include removable stretch knit socks made from recycled plastic fabric. The design of the sole, which uses fewer chemicals and adhesives, allows it to be removed. The upper of the shoe can be disassembled into its component parts by opening the seams, and each part can be sent for recycling.

American designer Christopher Raeburn has been working with Timberland since 2019, and his commitment to sustainability has become part of Timberland's latest releases.
