TJ Collection implemented an omnichannel service

Shoe brand TJ Collection has introduced a new service for its customers in all regions of Russia. In the online store of the brand, you can reserve any product from the collection presented on the website and pick it up at any conveniently located store of the branded retail chain.

The service was developed by the company's employees. Representatives of the brand note that its appearance allowed the brand to control the real balance of products in the entire retail network, and shorten the "customer journey", thereby improving the efficiency of service in stores.

The branded chain of stores TJ Collection and Chester has more than 150 points opened in different cities of the country. In order to use the new service, the client just needs to select a shoe model from the collection on the TJ Collection website, click on the "book in the salon" button, select the nearest store, the desired shoe size and leave their contact details. The client can book no more than 3 different products per day (1 article - 1 size, for size products) in retail stores. Booking time is 24 hours. The price of the goods is relevant only at the time of booking and can be changed by the store unilaterally. The final payment for the goods occurs at the current price in the retail store.  

“In the future, we plan to develop our digital platform with an eye to increasing the speed of logistics processes, expanding the loyalty program and the convenience of users of our services: both brand customers and employees,” commented Azat Akhmetov, General Director of TJ Collection.
