ТМ "Antelope" explores distribution potential

The results of the study of the behavior of potential suppliers showed that one of the leaders of the children's footwear market, TM "Antelope", changed its system of discounts and markups. This information served as an incentive for the company "Mila" - Wholesale Shoes "to start negotiations on cooperation. The Ural wholesaler and TM "Antelope" have already reached certain agreements on key issues, such as the amount of remuneration, the organization of work with marriage and the holding of seasonal presentations at the distributor's territory. Now the parties have begun to discuss and agree on the points of the cooperation agreement.

“There are certain changes in the shoe market that are pushing manufacturers to look for new distribution routes. Earlier, Antelope ТМ was focused only on direct sales to retail stores and did not consider distribution as a strategy for promoting goods. The realities of today lead the manufacturer to use the distribution potential, which is especially important for such a huge country as Russia, where logistics costs increase sharply when transporting small consignments, ”said Alexander Borodin, manager of Mila Wholesale Shoes.

Note that this project is very interesting to the Ural wholesaler, since Antelope TM is one of the four leaders in the Urals shoe market, which also includes the brands Kotofey, Zebra and Unichel.
