The results of a study of the behavior of potential suppliers showed that one of the leaders in the children's shoe market of TM Antelope has changed its system of discounts and margins. This information served as an incentive for Mila - Wholesale Shoes company to start cooperation negotiations. The Ural wholesaler and TM Antelope have already reached certain agreements on key issues, such as the amount of remuneration, organization of work with marriage and seasonal presentations in the distributor's territory. Now the parties have begun to discuss and agree on clauses of the cooperation agreement.
“There are certain changes in the shoe market that are pushing manufacturers to look for new distribution routes. Earlier, Antelope ТМ was focused only on direct sales to retail stores and did not consider distribution as a strategy for promoting goods. The realities of today lead the manufacturer to use the distribution potential, which is especially important for such a huge country as Russia, where logistics costs increase sharply when transporting small consignments, ”said Alexander Borodin, manager of Mila Wholesale Shoes.
Note that this project is very interesting to the Ural wholesaler, since Antelope TM is one of the four leaders in the Urals shoe market, which also includes the brands Kotofey, Zebra and Unichel.
