Tommy Hilfiger will open the flagship in Moscow

Tommy Hilfiger entered into a lease for 255 sq. m on the Kuznetsk bridge in Moscow, where it is planned to open the first flagship store network. The transaction was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle.

The store will feature the latest Tommy Hilfiger collections, including the men's and women's catwalk collections, casual clothes, business clothes, shoes and accessories. The opening will take place on 1 August 2013 year.

“I am looking forward to the opening of our first flagship store in Moscow,  says Tommy Hilfiger,  Kuznetsky Most is considered one of the favorite places for shopping and is located in close proximity to the Kremlin, Red Square and the Bolshoi Theater. This arrangement perfectly underlines our brand's commitment to classics, mixed with modern touches. Refined yet relaxed, our new store pays tribute to tradition and conveys the playful youthful spirit that is the foundation of the Tommy Hilfiger brand. ”

Svetlana Yarova, Head of Street Reteila company Jones Long The room, notes: “The shopping area in the TsUM area acquires the status of one of the main fashion-corridors of the premium segment in the capital. Turning the Kuznetsk Bridge into a pedestrian street attracted additional flows of tourists and potential buyers, and the ban on parking opened storefronts, which greatly increased the interest of retail operators in the area. There are practically no vacant premises in this zone, but now, thanks to a change in the image of the Kuznetsk Bridge, we are witnessing a gradual rotation of tenants  mono-brand ones are replacing multi-brand stores; owners of world-famous brands want to be on Kuznetsk Bridge. I am sure that for Tommy Hilfiger flagship store here will be extremely successful  both in terms of sales and in terms of positive impact on the brand image. "
