The American brand of shoes and accessories Toms Shoes has opened in Chicago a concept store of the future, which combines the advantages of a modern physical and high-tech online store. An 2.7 meter-high pixel video wall installed over the entire width of the store allows the retailer to display advertising messages for customers along the entire length of the store. Interactive tables determine the models of shoes installed on them using RFID tags and give customers detailed information about these products. Large touch kiosks allow customers to view an expanded assortment of shoes, to search for and order goods of the right size and color if it is not in this store. The Toms concept store is equipped with interactive mirrors that can be used for quick fitting. In addition, the store has touchscreen kiosks for more information about products, and locker rooms are simply pulled out of the ceiling at the request of the client.
