The Top-Top children's footwear factory has changed the dimensional filling of boxes sent to the Urals in accordance with the needs of end consumers. The changes affected the sandal in the preschool group.
Now the wholesale box "Top-Top" consists of two pairs of sandals in sizes 27, 28 and 29 and one pair of sizes 30 and 31. Previously, each box contained two pairs of each size. Such changes in the filling of the box took place after the marketing cut that the factory carried out in cooperation with Mila. Customers of the Ural wholesaler, whose seasonal sales of Top-Top shoes exceed 50 pairs of each size, expressed their opinion regarding the formation of the box based on the statistics of sales in their retail stores. In total, representatives of eight cities of the Urals took part in the survey, in particular, Yekaterinburg and satellite cities, Artyomovsky, Verkhniy Tagil, Zarechny and others. “We have been collecting similar statistics from our clients for a long time and are ready to share it with partners to form the most relevant sales for the Urals. As for the sandal, the impetus for the research in the preschool group was the customer's complaint that sizes 30 and 31 remain unclaimed on a regular basis - said Alexander Borodin, manager of Mila - wholesale footwear. Over the past six months, these are not the first changes that have occurred at the factory. With the arrival of the new director, Nikolai Sheremet, the Top-Top children's footwear manufacturer has also introduced an effective system for handling illiquid assets.
