By the end of the year in Moscow, six shopping centers will provide tenants with new sites. In August, a new shopping gallery opens in the Metropolis shopping center on the Leningrad Highway near the Voikovskaya metro station, the new Oceania shopping center on Kutuzovsky Prospekt and the Good Shopping Center on Khoroshevsky Highway will begin work. It is also expected to open the Butovo Mall and the second phase of Fashion House Outlet on Leningradskoye Shosse.
The growth in the share of free space in the shopping centers of the capital, according to the forecasts of retail retail analysts, will be 9,3% in the second quarter of 2016 and 11,1% by the end of the year.
