In February next year, in the south-west of Moscow, the opening of the new shopping center "MC" will take place. ASTERA, in an alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate, is the exclusive rental agent for the premises of the center.
The six-story shopping center is located at the intersection of Profsoyuznaya and Miklukho-Maklaya streets. The total area of the building is 15,7 thousand sq. M, the rented area is 12,4 thousand sq. M. Average rental rates range from $ 500 to $ 3000 per sq. M per year, excluding VAT and operating costs. The tenant pool of the “MC” shopping center will include trading formats that are not represented in neighboring shopping centers: large operators of household appliances and electronics, household goods, sports goods, etc. Shoe, clothing and accessories, perfumery stores will be located in the shopping gallery and cosmetics, as well as restaurants and cafes. For visitors to the center, it is planned to build underground-underground parking for 230 cars.
“At the moment we are negotiating with leading retailers and we can already say that their interest in the shopping center“ MTs ”is quite high,” commented Olga Zbrueva, head of customer service at ASTERA alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate. - Among the advantages of the facility, it is possible to note very good transport accessibility, this is also confirmed by the fact that McDonald's decided to place its own restaurant with the MakTavto function in a shopping center.
