Developers and co-investors of the Vesna! Shopping and entertainment center project presented by Central Properties and Alto Assets, exclusive marketing and leasing consultant - JLL. The architectural concept was developed by the Dutch bureau C Concept Design.

The operators of the shopping center "Vesna!" included the brands Inditex (Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Oysho, Zara Home, Massimo Dutti) and LPP (Reserved, Mohito, Cropp Town, House, SinSay), Gap, Lady & Gentleman, Deichman, Adidas - only 150 stores.

SEC "Spring!" conveniently located in a well-equipped residential area, within a 15-minute walking distance from Altufevo metro station. The parking is designed for 3 thousand cars.

The volume of investments in the construction of the Vesna!
