The Czech PPF Group sold one of the central shopping centers of the Northern capital, the Nevsky Center shopping center (91 sq. meters) to the Tethys Capital closed-end investment fund, behind which, according to sources in the real estate market, is the Aptekarsky company, which owns the Vladimirsky Passage shopping and entertainment center, Avenue and Cosmos, Vedomosti writes.
According to the head of the CORE.XP retail department, Marina Malakhatko, the market value of the Nevsky Center shopping and entertainment center is now about 7,8-8,3 billion rubles.
The Nevsky Center shopping center has been owned by PPF Group since 2018, when the latter acquired the shopping center from the Finnish retailer Stockmann for 171 million euros. SEC "Nevsky Center" is located on Nevsky Prospekt of St. Petersburg near the metro station "Ploshchad Vosstaniya", this is a high-quality retail property with high traffic.
