According to the head of the CORE.XP retail department, Marina Malakhatko, the market value of the Nevsky Center shopping and entertainment center is now about 7,8-8,3 billion rubles.
The Nevsky Center shopping center has been owned by PPF Group since 2018, when the latter acquired the shopping center from the Finnish retailer Stockmann for 171 million euros.
