TsentrObuv tests RFID technology

The Russian footwear retail chain CenterObuv has entered into an agreement with the Retail Branding and Information Solutions (RBIS) division of Avery Dennison to implement the first pilot project to use RFID technology in the retail trade of footwear and apparel in Russia.

The RFID implementation program is designed to improve the visibility of stocks and significantly reduce stock outages and lack of stocks.
