CRPT opened for manufacturers access to data from the labeling system

In order to support business, the operator of the labeling system, the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies (CRPT), decided to open these labeling systems for manufacturers. From July, personal accounts of representatives of dairy and tobacco products, perfumes, tires, cameras, shoes and light industry goods will receive information about the status of goods, operations with them, points of sale and average prices by region.

Sergey Kholkin, Deputy General Director of the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies, notes that the information from Chestny Znak, if used correctly, can significantly increase the turnover and revenue of a business.

“CRPT has begun providing data to manufacturers about the current status of their goods, transactions with them, points of sale and average prices. We are confident that this information will make sales chains transparent for businesses, will allow you to quickly track retail prices and establish control over sales in the regions for each type of product, as well as calculate the speed of goods turnover. We hope that domestic manufacturers, relying on these marking systems, will be able to significantly increase business efficiency and strengthen their market positions, which is especially important in today's conditions,” Sergey Kholkin said.

Through access to data, understanding the demand in specific locations for specific products, businesses can move to Just in Time production, increasing turnover and optimizing inventory. Just in Time is a production management concept that aims to reduce inventory. According to this concept, the right product comes in the right quantity to the right place at the right time. The use of Just in Time improves production efficiency by reducing waste.

Also, the use of data will affect marketing and logistics due to the fact that the manufacturer will choose the most efficient and high-quality distribution channels, labor productivity: having data makes it possible to eliminate human errors and automate most processes.
