CRPT identified 10 million violations in the footwear market in the first half of 2022.

The operator of the goods labeling system "Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies" identified about 10 million violations in the footwear market in the first half of 2022. According to analysts of the "Honest Sign" labeling system, the cost of goods with recorded violations is equivalent to 25 billion rubles, and the minimum amount of fines in case of the corresponding decision of the control and supervisory authorities is estimated at 10 billion rubles, writes Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

About 13% of companies selling shoes tried to sell or put into circulation products with violations - we are talking about 19,5 thousand companies. In total, more than 94 thousand organizations engaged in trade and footwear production are registered in the system.
