In September, the operator of the Chestny Znak labeling system revealed violations in the sale of shoes worth 935 million rubles. Recall that in July, 917 attempts to sell shoes with violations were recorded. At the same time, compared with the beginning of the year, the number of violations decreased by 41%.
“In September, the National System for Digital Marking of Goods “Honest Sign” recorded 935 attempts to sell shoes with violations. According to CRPT analysts, the cost of goods that were tried to be sold with violations in September is equivalent to 2,1 billion rubles. In the event that the control and supervisory authorities make a decision to recover on these facts, the minimum amount of fines will be 935 million rubles, ”says a press release from the operator of the marking system in Russia, the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies (CRPT).
In September, 18% of companies (or 17,7 thousand organizations) selling shoes committed violations in the circulation of products. Most violations were recorded in Moscow - 287 thousand, as well as in the Krasnodar Territory - 43,8 thousand, Novosibirsk Region - 38,2 thousand, St. Petersburg - 33,9 thousand, Sverdlovsk and Moscow Regions - 32,6 thousand and 30,9 thousand violations, respectively. More than 17% of violations are associated with deviations of the document of compliance with the technical regulation, that is, the participants in the turnover are trying to put into circulation products that do not comply with permits or with expired certificates.
