CRPT launched a business help center for working in the labeling system
The operator of the product labeling system in Russia, the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies (CRPT), has developed and launched a help center that will help businesses find answers to questions about product labeling and the specifics of working with them. The service will be integrated with the new "Honest ZNAK.Business" application. The Help Center is currently in beta mode and is available at https://kb.crpt.ru.
The knowledge base includes frequently asked questions on webinars and support service, articles, instructions, guidelines.
As stated in a press release from the CRPT, in the next updates, the help center will have training programs with further testing, a forum where it will be possible to discuss issues related to labeling, partner sections and blogs of labeling experts. In the Help Center, you can ask a labeling expert and get an answer to it. For example, a module of life situations will contain specific examples of how to display leftovers, label goods and carry out acceptance or shipment of labeled goods.
“The Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies is interested in making it comfortable for businesses to connect to the marking system and work in it. We regularly refine tools and develop new services that simplify the processes of production and circulation of labeled goods and reduce the costs of entrepreneurs. The new development of CRPT will allow to quickly integrate into marking and help determine the sequence of actions of turnover participants to perform operations in the Honest Sign system, ”says Revaz Yusupov, Deputy General Director of CRPT.
Earlier, CRPT launched the Chestny ZNAK.Biznes mobile application for participants in the circulation of labeled goods. The application allows you to recognize barcodes, makes it possible to quickly receive and ship goods, and also optimizes the process of entering goods into circulation in a store or warehouse. Also, thanks to the service, a business can optimize work processes using a mobile scanner. It reduces the custom script for creating a document, allows you to sign a document and send it to the product monitoring system, and also reduces the likelihood of errors by a turnover participant when submitting information to the system. The application allows you to receive incoming universal transfer documents (UPD) through the electronic document flow EDO.Light, including scanning and receiving marked goods, generating discrepancy files and sending them to mail, messenger or file storage. A chatbot with elements of artificial intelligence is integrated into the mobile application, which minimizes the waiting time for a response when contacting the CRPT technical support on typical questions. The application is available for download in the App Store and Google Play.
