Shopping center "TSUM Yoshkar-Ola" took first place in the nomination "Shopping Center of the Year" at the PROfashion Awards 2014. The award ceremony was supported by BBCG. The design of the TSUM Yoshkar-Ola shopping center was completed by Project Line.

TSUM Yoshkar-Ola opened its doors after major repairs and rebranding in November. Although initially TSUM was opened back in 2012, the project did not receive much development due to the range of little-known brands in the low price segment presented. Subsequently, the basic concept of TSUM was revised and it was decided to collect popular brands of the mass market segment and denim in the sales area: Mango, Motivi, Oasis, Love Republic, Benetton, Glenfield, Bandolera, S'Oliver, Campione, Levis, Lee, Wrangler , Lee Cooper, F5, Mustang, Flo & Jo, Selected, Jack & Jone.

Today, a six-story building with a total area of ​​7 700 square. meters is a retail space in the popular department store format in Europe. The Central Department Store is managed by Smart Fashion Group (SFG).
