The Rose Group company, owned by VEB’s structures, plans to replicate the Tsvetnoy department store format in other shopping centers in Moscow.

The new project involves the sale of multi-brand goods of various price segments and categories on one site. Rose Group plans to implement the idea in the second stage of the Metropolis shopping and entertainment center.

Note that the Tsvetnoy department store opened in 2010, and in 2013 brought its owners the first operating profit of $ 600. His debt at the end of 2013 was $ 138 million. Now the object has no net profit.
