Tsvetnoy stops purchasing

The management company of the Tsvetoi department store nRose Group, which used to independently purchase clothing and footwear collections, vacates the entire fourth floor and is looking for tenants in these areas. The company has collaborated with brands such as Alexander Wang, Maje, Sandro, The Kooples, Mars by Mars Jacobs, Missoni, Alexander McQueen, Anglomania by Vivienne Westwood, Paul & Joe Sister, Comme des Garçons Play, Federica Moretti, Yves Salomon.

These brands accounted for a third of all brands represented in the department store. Probably, this decision is connected with the recent departure of the Deputy General Director for Commercial Real Estate Rose Group and the Executive Director of Tsvetnoy Peter Isaev, who managed the fashion zone of the department store, as well as the general drop in demand for things of the medium plus and premium segments. Who will engage in sales development in Tsvetnoy is still unknown. At the moment, negotiations on the lease of vacant space are being held with the Freedom Team, a company that develops multi-brand stores by Russian designers.
