Its concept involves a balanced composition of tenants of all categories of goods and services. Today, more than 70% of the space in the Ufa shopping center has already been leased. One of the major operators that entered the territory of "Arcade" was Auchan grocery hypermarket, which has already begun decorating. From March, other retailers will also be able to begin decorating their premises.

The complex is focused on family vacations. According to forecasts, the attendance of this shopping center will be 15-20 thousand people daily.
