Maxi shopping center is equipped with 70%

In December 2014, the Maxi shopping and entertainment center will open in Smolensk. At the moment, contracts have been signed or agreements have been reached on the lease of more than 70% of the leasable space. A total of 150 stores of Russian and world brands will be presented on three floors of the shopping and entertainment center. The anchor tenants of the complex will be Sportmaster and Detsky Mir.

Bershka, Pull & Bear, Mexx, Calvin Klein, Colin's, Henderson, O'Stin and other brands are announced as tenants of the shopping gallery. Preliminary lease agreements have already been signed with Love Republic, Zarina, Befree, Evona, Savage, Tom Tailor, Joymiss, Intimissimi, Calzedonia, etc.
