The renovated center with a total area of 10 thousand sq. M. will open its doors in September this year. The company does not disclose the volume of investments in the project.

The Mitino shopping center was opened in 2001 and became one of the first shopping centers in the area. Since its opening, "Mitino" has enjoyed well-deserved popularity among residents of the district due to the universal selection of tenants and a convenient location on the central square of Mitino in front of the metro entrance. Convenient access to the center by car is possible both from Pyatnitskoe highway and directly from the Moscow Ring Road. The average traffic of the shopping center is 8 thousand people per day. According to the concept, in the second stage it is planned to arrange a restaurant with a separate entrance on the ground floor, the first floor is already filled with tenants, on the 2-3 floors there will be clothing and footwear stores, goods for children, accessories and other operators. On the 4 floor, it is planned to place office premises.

According to Olga Zbrueva, head of ASTERA's customer service department in an alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate, Mitino shopping center was in demand among retailers even before the re-concept due to its favorable transport location in the center of a large residential area, and, as a result, a constant flow of visitors ... The introduction of the second stage and the implementation of the reconception caused a significant additional flow of applications for premises in this facility.
