Shopping center "Water" in the North-West of Moscow is preparing to open.
According to MR Group, the complex will open its doors on August 23 of 2014 of the year. Before this time, facade work, as well as engineering work, should be completed. It is known that investment in the project is about 100 million dollars.
The facility named "Water" is one of the components of the MFC of the same name, located in the North-West administrative district of the capital. The multifunctional complex is being built not far from Leningradka: between Kronstadt Boulevard and Golovinskoye Highway. It includes a shopping center, a 28-storey office building, and residential apartments.
The Vodny shopping center itself reaches 50 thousand squares in size, approximately 65% of the area is reserved for trade. It is planned to house 120 retailers representing both international and federal brands in the shopping gallery of the shopping center. Okey hypermarket and Kinomax cinema act as anchors. The parking lot is designed for 805 cars.
