The Moscow government will develop a new concept of Tverskaya Street by the end of the year to increase its attendance.
The authorities expressed their willingness to stimulate the return of tenants to Tverskaya, in particular through tax incentives. According to the government, on Tverskaya there should be all the tenants necessary for people, namely shops, cafes, restaurants.
It is planned to stimulate the development of the necessary street retail formats, in particular, by establishing different land tax rates. So, the rate may vary depending on the specialization of tenants, their need for a particular place.
