First of all, Russia has achieved successful development in export markets, where Wortmann is represented by its own subsidiaries for marketing products, and France. While the German market continues to improve, there have been slight losses in the UK and Ireland. According to preliminary forecasts, in the current fiscal year, Novi Footwear, a private Asian representative office, expects lower turnover indicators compared to the previous year.

Due to the large availability of goods in retail at the time of the beginning of sales of the collection for the upcoming autumn-winter season 2012 / 13. In the main representative office of the company in Detmold, in particular, and in the shoe market, in general, a decline in growth is expected.

Tamaris, the leading brand of the Wortmann group of companies, continues its journey towards its goal: to establish itself as the number 1 brand in Europe. In Asia, Wortmann is owned by Novi Footwear Fareast Ltd. Wortmann has 8 offices in Europe and 11 in Asia. The company has more than 1021 employees worldwide (in the previous year the number of employees was 930), of which 582 - in Europe (an increase of 12%).
