The design zone will be allocated in Aviapark

The new concept of multi-brand space will be presented in the new Avia Park shopping center. According to the official release of the developer of the project AMMA Development, at the third level of the shopping mall, a zone called Trend Island will be organized, intended for the presentation of creative designer collections.

The space of the new format will be leased by corners with an average area of 50 to 300 sq. m and will be filled with fashionable Russian designers and foreign brands, which can now be seen in such creative spaces as "Red October", "Flacon", ArtPlay ". Trend Island also plans to rely on retailers wishing to test a new concept or launch a limited edition of their products. The anchor tenant of Trend Island is the Items multi-brand store, covering an area of 800 sq. m.

“In order to demonstrate the high quality of the property, its compliance with modern foreign standards of retail real estate and emphasize its importance in the Russian market, we are implementing the most advanced concepts in it and form a special pool of tenants, including brands entering the Russian market for the first time,” said Anders Binnmir , CEO of AMMA Development. "The Trend Island format is just one of such special characteristics of this project, which, as we expect, will not only attract a fashionable, creative audience, but also distinguish Avia Park in a competitive market environment."

Opening of the Avia Park shopping and entertainment center, the leased area of which is 227 thousand sq. M. m, scheduled for November 28, 2014. At the moment, about 85% of the space has already been commissioned.
