This year the All-Russian Prize "Consumer Rights and Quality of Service" celebrates its anniversary. Over the five years of the Prize's existence, the quality of service and consumer rights have reached a new level, as evidenced by the increase in the number of companies that have applied for the Prize this year.
The awards ceremony for the 2014th annual Consumer Rights and Service Quality Award will be held in June 2 in Sochi, where the winners will be announced in the categories “Consumer Goods”, “Retail”, “Retail Services”, “BXNUMXb Services”, “Financial literacy and openness ”. The award will bring together marketing and PR professionals, media representatives and federal authorities.
Participants' applications for the V Annual Award "Consumer Rights and Quality of Service" are accepted until June 10, 2014.
Past winners include MegaFon Retail OJSC, Rosinter Restaurants Holding OJSC, INVITRO, Samsung Russia Service Company, Euroset-Retail LLC, Sapato.ru online shoe and accessories store, Aeroflot OJSC, Mercedes-benz and others.
The award is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Government, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Association of Retail Companies (AKORT) and a dozen other public organizations.
