A shopping center "Vernisage" with a total area of 21,5 thousand squares will appear in the city of Kingisepp, Leningrad Region. The construction of the shopping and entertainment complex, which will be located at the intersection of Cricovskoe highway and Bolshoi Boulevard, has already begun.
According to IB GROUP experts, Kingisepp is one of the most dynamically developing regional centers in the North-West of the country. This is also facilitated by the active development of the Ust-Luga sea trade port and related industries and the proximity to the western border of Russia. “High rates of population and income growth contribute to the creation of a modern shopping center. The construction of a shopping center of this level is undoubtedly a significant event for Kingisepp, ”says Yuri Borisov, managing partner of the IB GROUP holding. “The appearance of well-known brands in one place will enable residents to purchase high-quality goods in comfortable conditions, without leaving the city.”
The project is a complex where under one roof it was possible to gather stores of famous federal chain brands of clothing and footwear, the largest grocery supermarket in Kingisepp, and an entertainment area with a cinema. The facility meets European standards and has no analogues in the city.
The volume of investments in the shopping and entertainment complex is about 650 million rubles. Commissioning of the complex is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2015.
