A shoe factory will be built in Kyrgyzstan

At a meeting of leaders of the free economic zones of Kyrgyzstan, the head of the Naryn FEZ Gulzat Abdyrasulova said that China is ready to allocate 1,2 million dollars for the construction of a shoe factory.

This will make it possible to employ 260 residents of the Naryn region in Kyrgyzstan. In addition, it is planned to open a garment factory.

“Since 1996, $ 12,2 million of investments have been attracted, mainly they were directed to the development of the technical sphere of the FEZ. Now we are defining development prospects. Every subject is now fenced off. A memorandum of cooperation has been signed with the Chinese FEZ "Kashgar", explained Gulzat Abdyrasulova.
