The first professional shopping center will appear in the Republic of Dagestan, which will be built by First Development RD.The opening of the facility in Makhachkala is scheduled for the end of 2016. It will bear the symbolic name "First".
The area of the shopping center will be 37 thousand square meters. The center will house a supermarket, a children's store, and a shopping gallery will appear. The entertaining component will unite a multiplex cinema, cafes and restaurants.
For the construction of the First, a site was selected at the intersection of major highways: Peter the First Avenue and Beibulatov Street. Analysts predict great success for the object. Competition in the region is low, and the need for a quality shopping center has been long overdue.
Thanks to the opening of the largest shopping center, well-known retailers will be able to enter the region. So far, only 7 international brands are represented in Makhachkala.
