A new shopping center will open in Moscow. Trade and office complex Selectica with a total area of over 42 sq. m is located near the metro station "Ulitsa Academician Yangel", on the first line of the Warsaw highway. Currently, active negotiations are underway with the tenants of the project, the consultant is the company GVA Sawyer. According to its concept, the shopping center will include a grocery supermarket, chain stores of clothing and footwear, a cafe and two restaurants.
“The concept of the Selectica shopping center is a district shopping center aimed at residents of nearby houses, employees of office centers and motorists driving along Varshavskoye highway towards the region,” says Elena Shevchuk, vice president of commercial real estate at GVA Sawyer. - A feature of the project is that it is the only shopping center in the area with a direct access from the Varshavskoe highway.
The opening of the shopping center is planned for the 1st quarter of 2016. The premises will be ready for finishing work in September 2015.
