The first business breakfast for HR professionals was held in Moscow

Moscow hosted the first industry-specific business breakfast for retail professionals: "RetailPeople: What attracts the best candidates in the retail industry?"

The event was organized by the Retail People recruiting agency, part of the Business Connection recruitment agency. 

The business event was attended by over 30 personnel management specialists and retail industry leaders from Moscow, Vladivostok and Voronezh, such companies as 36,6 Pharmacies, re: Store Retail Group, TVOE, Intersport CIS, TL Nemiroff and many other employers.

“This is the first business breakfast held for professionals in the retail industry. We summed up the hr-results of the outgoing 2011 year, announced the trends of the upcoming 2012 year. I am very glad that we were able to discuss issues of interest to all market professionals related to the recruitment and retention of staff, the need for retailers to conduct inspections of their hr departments, ”said Irina Starzhinskaya, director of RETAIL People.

RetailPeople will continue to hold business breakfasts in the 2012 year. On February 19, professionals will discuss personnel selection for fashion retail, search features and the nuances of motivating specialists in this industry.
