The first retail park will appear in Nizhny Tagil

On the outskirts of Nizhny Tagil, a retail park with an area of ​​about 50 thousand square meters will be built, which will become the first modern retail facility for the city. The developer has already begun construction of premises for the food anchor tenant - the Lenta hypermarket, after which the construction of a shopping gallery will begin. It will be 24 thousand square meters and will include supermarkets of household appliances, children's goods, goods for sports and recreation, as well as a fashion gallery with a food court and a playground. The project provides for parking for 1,8 thousand cars. The project is planned to be fully implemented by the second quarter of 2016.
